How do I book an appointment for makeup services?
Appointments can be made through MKE BY DEE, LLC website under the service tab. Once appointment is booked, half of the total is required as a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be put toward the client’s total balance. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event. All appointments must be made one day prior to the event of the makeup service. Accepted forms of payment include: Cash App or PayPal.
Can I book a consultation?
Free consultation is available through MKE BY DEE, LLC service tab by booking a free consultation appointment. Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the client(s) service in order to avoid any additional travel fees.
If I'm running late to my makeup appointment, will there be any late fees?
A late fee of $10.00 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
Do you travel to provide makeup services?
Travel within 10 miles of Brooklyn, New York is completely free of charge. A mileage fee ($0.50/mile both ways) will be charged for locations outside of the 10-mile radius of Brooklyn, NY. Travel fees apply for all pre-event makeup consultations as well as day-of appointments.
Can I book an appointment for makeup services even if I have a skin condition?
All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized prior to and in between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist (Diana Perez) prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Diana Perez) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
When do I have to pay for the makeup services?
Deposit is taken to book the appoint. The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the makeup artist departs — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on the contract.
What is the cancellation policy for makeup services?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon.
Will any photo's taken during my makeup appointment be used on social medica or the MKE BY DEE website?
Unless prior discussed and approved, MKE BY DEE, LLC may use on it’s website and/or in any brochure, flyer, or other advertising it deems necessary - any and all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by MKE BY DEE, LLC and any and all of its representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers/videographers photographs and recordings.

How do you take payments?
Payments for beauty products are made using PayPal check out. Payment for beauty services are made using Paypal check out or Cash App.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and packed. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and take approximately 2-3 business days to ship. Orders are processed within 1 business day before shipping.
RETURNS
Can I exchange/return any cosmetics?
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept makeup cosmetics back for returns. All MKE BY DEE, LLC cosmetic orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
What if I my package is lost, stolen and or damaged in the mail ?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, MKE BY DEE, LLC is not responsible for any package that has been lost, stolen or damaged. You may contact the USPTO office for any packages that have not been received. The package can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
